Tech Backpack - Olive

I’ve purchased this backpack two times. Both times a normal mechanism or part of the item torn/malfunctioned, conveniently outside of the 30 day replacement window.

The first instance the zipper to the laptop section went off the track. The second and most recent instance the stitching between the two should straps has come undone.

Great backpack features wise but only if you budget over $600 annually for replacements.

Great looking backpack. This will be my new travel bag.

Loved every part of the backpack for the 6 weeks I’ve had it and then the laptop compartment’s zipper broke. Repairing the zipper is pretty much not an option, not sure how it differs from any other zipper but the usual repair methods did not work.
